Atesen Software ("we") runs this page for Clientlens, a product in development for accounting and bookkeeping firms.

Demo requests

When you send the form we keep exactly what you type (firm name, work email, role, which books your clients use, how many client files you manage and your question), the date, the campaign source of the link you arrived from, and a daily-rotating hash of your network address used only to stop floods. We use it to reply to you and to plan the design partner group. We do not sell it or share it. Ask us to delete it at any time: support@atesensoftware.com.

Usage counts

We keep anonymous daily counts of page views and form steps with the campaign source of your link. No IP address, cookie or identifier is part of a count. The source is remembered for the browser tab in session storage.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs for operations.

No client data

There is no product to connect yet, so no client books, invoices or accounting data reach us from this page.
